Family Friendly Home

This home built late Oct 2012 features a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and a master bathroom with two sinks, lots of cabinet space and a walk-in shower. There's plenty of room, one guest bedroom with direct access to the pool area. The 2nd full bath shared by the 2 guest bedrooms Large walk in shower . All of our beds and pillows are protected with dust mite and bed bug protectors.

The living area has a large open floor plan, great for entertaining or having just moments for yourself. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary delights. With large, wide Corian countertops, you have plenty of room to cook while your guests can relax at the kitchen bar.

No expense was spared in furnishing our dining and living areas. A large table comfortably seats up to 8. The living room features warm, furnishings and a 55" Flat Screen TV -satellite TV & DVR Programming and a 40" Flat Screen TV in the Master Bed room and guest bedroom (Local Channels)

Ceiling fans in all bedrooms

High speed WiFi is throughout the house and pool area so you can always stay connected. The lanai has plenty of seating for eating a nice steak from the BBQ grill or relaxing and/ enjoy and get a nice drink at our own small Tiki Bar with 4 barstools
The pool is solar heated for the perfect swimming temperature anytime of day or night. Solar blanket provided for cool winter nights to keep the water warm.

A lot of care and attention to detail were taken in designing, building and furnishing this house for the perfect, relaxing getaway. In addition to the house itself, is the location. Lehigh Acres has a small town feel, while being close to all the attractions of Southwest Florida. Beaches, Golf, shopping and fantastic restaurants are just a short car ride away. The house is located on a quiet, private street perfect for relaxing for hours by the screened in pool.

Great weekend stay

We had a fantastic stay! The inside of the rental was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals, and the living spaces were super comfortable for relaxing. The real highlight was lounging by the pool — it made the whole trip feel like a true getaway. Highly recommend!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

We were here for business and the house was a good option for us. WiFi was very fast. Neighborhood is quiet and the house felt very private. Do wish the TV in the living room had better sound. The TVs also were not smart TVs so we picked up our own streaming device so we could watch something other than basic cable TV. Lovely property and would stay there again.

Florida Getaway

Not likely to book this house again. No hot water to kitchen sink. I had to boil water on the stove to do dishes. We reported but it wasn't repaired while we were there. Went to open patio door and the door handle broke off. Killed a cockroach on the kitchen counter. Open bottles of drinking alcohol left as decoration. Was told after I booked the house that we would have to pay extra if we used too much electricity. Pool was dirty and not fit to swim in when we arrived, had to wait 3 days until pool guy came to clean it. There wasn't even a pool skimmer that we could use to try to clean it up. Called the manager and she did bring her skimmer over and cleaned the pool as best she could and left the skimmer for us to use. To top it all off at check out we were asked to strip the beds, empty all the trash, start the dishwasher and start a load of laundry before we checked out. I paid a large sum of money to stay here and it included a cleaning fee. I have no issue with doing the dishes or even taking out my trash but I do not feel that I should be responsible for doing the laundry before I leave.

Home in Lehigh Acres

The home had spacious rooms and areas, open plan design. The kitchen sufficiently stocked with a variety of spices. The pool area / lanai was very nice with plenty of seating and a grill ! Publix and other shops only 5 minute drive away. Initially had difficulty accessing property due to problem with website communication and delayed response from owner. However, she rectified the problem.

Insgesamt ok. Einige Verbesserungen können schnell vorgenommen werden. Wasserhahn in der KĂŒche defekt. Mehr Kaffeebecher und auch ein paar Tassen wĂ€ren schön. Die Terrassenmöbel sind mega unbequem. Die Liegen könnten Auflagen gebrauchen. Das Bett im einzigen Schlafzimmer mit Poolzugang quietscht und knarrt furchtbar. Garage entrĂŒmpeln, damit man seinen Leihwagen dort unterbringen kann. Der Screen hat diverse Löcher, die umgehend geflickt werden sollten. Die Ausrichtung des Pools ist super. Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Martina von der Verwaltung ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns ein privates Radio zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt, da sich im Haus keins befindet.

Property is clean and well maintained. Although we did not use the pool, it would be very nice in the warmer months. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. This is a very nice house and it met our needs perfectly. Our host was pleasant and accommodating. I will likely stay here again.

This is a Pet Friendly Property and the Pool is cold

This place has so much potential but not for someone with allergies. This is a pet friendly place even though the listing says no pets allowed. The beds squeak or are unsafe, the floors are dirty, but it is convenient and has a pool which is solar heated but was freezing cold in december even though temperatures were in the 80's. The owner was understanding but the propety needs some TLC for sure.

I'm really disappointed at this property. Even though I was told the swimming pool had a water heating system the water was ice cold and my kids couldn't enjoyed the swimming pool...which is the only activity you can do at this house. Nice house, but not for fall nor winter.
