Staff were great, but the pricing was horrific, £2 for a standard bag of walkers crisps & £18.50 for a self service buffet breakfast. Worst of all the TV didn’t work due to a server fault, we were told on check in, with an apology & a smile but nothing else!

Staff and cleanliness superb. Disappointed that the tv was not working. There was a problem with all the new smart tv’s it seems, but our plan after a long day and needing an early start in the morning was to chill out watching Strictly! So very disappointing. Mattress was very hard, otherwise everything great.

I requested for a deluxe king room but was given a 2 double beds room which was not ideal for us. This is the second time this has happened and not good enough. Away from this, the staff and service were great.
