It's only a stones throw from Leigh Road and a 3 minute walk from the highly sought after Leigh Broadway in Leigh On Sea. On both Leigh Road and the Broadway you'll find a myriad of restaurants, bars, cute boutique shops, privately owned coffee shops
The space
The space is light and airy with a modern feel to it. It's mostly open plan with a separate bedroom and has direct garden access via the living room.
It's spacious and comes fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home-away-from-home.
The bedroom comes with plenty of wardrobe space and the living room / dining area / kitchen is all open plan which gives it a really nice spacious feel.
The living room comes equipped with a sofa bed.
We've also just purchased a smart tv which is in the living room, although it wasn't there at the time of taking the photo's so rest assured it's there, ready to use.
Guest access
You'll have full private access to the entire apartment.
Access is via a shared front door to the overall property which leads to a small lobby area and then your own front door is directly opposite.
There are stairs to the left of your front door which lead up to an upstairs apartment where we host other Air Bnb guests in their own properties. This might be handy to know if you have friends and family also looking to stay near by.
Your property will have complete private access to the garden via the back door in the living room.
Other things to note
We have a key code so you can check out easily and in your own time. Your hosts are available 24/7 for all urgent requirements and then from 8am to 11pm for any general enquiries or requirements.
We're friendly but respectful hosts and we'll be available when requested but otherwise will leave you to enjoy your space and privacy.
A high chair is available upon request with 72 hours notice prior to your stay.
