The Cocoonr agency offers this flat for rent in Lélex, within walking distance of the ski resort. It has a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony facing the mountains

The flat is ideally located in Lélex, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Lélex cable car just 200 m away, with direct access to the Col de la Faucille resort (free shuttle bus)
- In Lélex: downhill skiing, hiking, road cycling, mountain biking, and downhill trails (one red and one black)
- In La Faucille: summer tobogganing, cycling, and hiking
- In La Vattay: cross-country skiing
- Two lakes accessible in less than 30 minutes, with swimming opportunities
- About 1 hour from Geneva, Voltaire's castle, and the Hérisson waterfalls

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one numbered private space).

For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Bellegarde sur Valserine, about 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Geneva, about 50 km away
- Bus stop in front of the residence (line 53)

Other comments:
- The ski lifts will be open from December 20, 2025, to March 29, 2026, subject to sufficient snow cover.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are for information purposes only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
