Following an extensive refurbishment in 2020, this accommodation with its lovely and modern interior offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Experience an unforgettable stay in a quiet and car-free bungalow complex, located directly behind the dyke, and enjoy the proximity to the water.

Inside, you will find a stylishly furnished living/dining room with dining table, chairs, a cosy sofa and armchairs, complemented by a flat-screen TV on a sideboard. The fully renovated kitchen from 2020 is equipped with modern appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and various cooking utensils. There are also two lovingly designed bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. A modern bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine, towel radiator and hairdryer completes the interior.

The outdoor area of the house offers a sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol, adjoining a 250 m² private garden. Here you can enjoy relaxing hours outdoors and step out onto the terrace directly from the living/dining room. A storage room offers enough space for bicycles or beach toys and there is a parking space for your car.

The immediate surroundings of the holiday home leave nothing to be desired. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find the gently sloping sandy beach of the IJsselmeer, ideal for children and swimmers. There is also play equipment and a beach volleyball court on the beach. The historic town centre of Lemmer, with its numerous small shops, cafés and restaurants along the picturesque canal, is only 1.2 km away. The area offers excellent opportunities for water sports, cycling tours and walks. Several marinas and swimming pools as well as excursion tips and activities in the region are within easy reach.

Sehr schön renoviertes Haus und netter Empfang. Ansprechpartner vor Ort immer verfügbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Park ist vom Erscheinungsbild her eher ungepflegt und alt. Die Lage direkt hinter dem Deich ist prima. Lemmer bietet eine große Auswahl an Gastronomie und hat einen netten Stadtkern.
