Katastrophaler Zustand
Wir sind am 22. Juli 2023 angekommen und waren entsetzt: das Ferienhaus war in einem unhygienischen und ungepflegten Zustand: Im Kinderschlafzimmer ist die Wand zur Dusche feucht und schon schwarz. In den Schlafzimmern sind die Matratzen, Matratzenschoner, Kissen und Bettdecken fleckig und teilweise vergilbt. Unter den Betten fanden wir Reste von Ungeziefer, Fliegen, Staub und Krümel sowie Klappbetten, Matratzen. Die Teppiche und Läufer im gesamten Haus sind strak verschmutzt und fleckig. Auf dem Boden im gesamten Haus ist Dreck, in jedem Zimmer befinden sich Spinnennetze. Auf dem Sessel und dem Sofa sowie den Sofakissen sind große Flecken. In der Küche sind auf der Arbeitsflächen ebenfalls Dreck, der Kühlschrank ist unappetitlich dreckig, die Schubladen für das Besteck sind nicht sauber und lassen sich nur sehr schwer öffnen. Die Sitzkissen der Essecke im Wohnbereich sind stark verschmutzt und fleckig. Jede Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit sind mit Dingen belegt. Es gibt nur einen Schrank, in dem nur zwei Fächer frei sind. Keinerlei Möglichkeiten eigene Sachen aufzubewahren. Die Wege am Haus und das Pflaster im Carport sind lose. Die Terrasse machte einen sehr instabilen und maroden Eindruck. Am Geländer waren schon Latten gebrochen. Eine bedenkenlose Übernachtung mit einem Kind kann hier nicht verbracht werden. Dies ist keine Umgebung für eine entspannten Urlaub. Da uns keine alternative Unterkunft angeboten werden konnte, sind wir am selben Tag abgereist. Der Urlaub war ruiniert.
