The property comprises a spacious 195 square meter apartment in a two-family house near the village. It features a large dining-living room with a table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a fireplace, and a stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are three double rooms with queen-size beds (180 x 200 cm), one double room with single beds and two additional trundle beds (accommodating a total of 4 people), and an extra room for storage. The apartment has two bathrooms and a cellar with a washing machine, dryer, additional freezer, and shelves.

Amenities Included

The apartment comes with two exterior, uncovered parking spaces located next to the garage, which are labeled for your convenience. Please note that you should not park under the roof of the garage, as it must remain accessible to the owners of the other apartments at all times. If you need an additional parking space, you can utilize the free public car park "Brüggmatte" in the village during the summer, or pay a charge during the winter season. As an overnight guest in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region, you will receive the SIMMENTAL CARD, which allows you to use public transportation for excursions free of charge. The rental includes electricity, water, heating, the use of the exterior parking spaces, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, and final cleaning. However, firewood for the fireplace is not included.
