Clean room, courteous staff. Would have given 5 stars, but they were resurfacing the parking lot while we were there which made for a lot of early morning noise and dust.

Front desk representative was very sweet. Room was nicer than I thought it would be. I was in a room right under the stairs, so a bit noisy, which was surprising because I was told that it was a superior room. Lol

Clean room, noisy due to road traffic, parking was a little limited ( had to park a little further from the rooms near the office ), bathroom fixtures need maintenance - there was screw bolted to the faucet opener ! and toilet seat was not fixed. Ok for a nights stay.

Only hotel within 30 miles available of Boone. First room the comforter and sheets had brown stains all over it. Several bugs throughout the room. Bath towel was stained brown as well. Hotel should try to bleach their bedding better or just purchase new bedding. We ended up switching rooms. New room was slightly better but still wasn’t the cleanest. Understand that it is a red roof and not the Marriot.

The room was clean except for the roach that was stuck in a cobweb on the ceiling and one on the floor that my husband caught and flung outside. The sink was cracked and filled in with caulking, I didn't see it leaking. I slept like a log, while my husband was kept awake from the rednecks till almost midnight. We didn't get there until close to 9:30 pm. It wasn't so bad, price was right and we were too tired to really care. The staff was extremely helpful and aided us in our admission and leaving. Good people working for them. Thanks Janice
