We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious.
The bed and Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The host was very accommodating to our requirements for a wedding that we attended. It made a great occasion fantastic. The Bedroom, en suite and the surprise was a great lounge area with a wonderful view over Herefordshire.
What a lovely suite of rooms in a beautiful rural settng. Mortimer Trail is perfectly situated for us to explore the heritage and gardens of Herefordshire. Wendy is the perfect hostess; helpful but not intrusive. Breakfast was excellent, the beds comfy and the ambience relaxed. Highly recommended
Mortimer Trail B&B is not your usual B&B, it is so much more than what you would expect. The homely environment which is very spacious and well presented can't be fully appreciated by only staying for one night. It is not just a bedroom but a suite including a large bathroom and sitting / dining room with breath taking views beyond the Herefordshire countryside. This is not just value for money, it is an experience you won't forget.
Amazing location and a fantastic room. Big Bedroom and fantastic bed, Enormous bathroom and then a siting area with TV table and chairs and sofa. What a find. the local pub did very good food. Shame we could stay for Breakfast im sure if it was like everything else it would have been fantastic. thank you. perfect
We are on a trip through the Midlands, South and East areas of Britain. The Mortimer Cross area is filled with historical interest. Beautiful counrtyside and Wendy was excellent in answering questions we had and making suggestions for things to see,
