Bluebell cottage is one of two cottages in our converted barn; which can be booked together for larger groups (up to 8).
Our cottages are simple, yet cosy and offer the perfect base for those wanting to get out and explore Herefordshire and the surrounding counties.
The cottage its self has an open plan downstairs area, with a door leading to the outside alfresco space, where you will find outdoor furniture and the jacuzzi (optional extra). Upstairs you will find two fresh and modern double bedrooms, as well as bathroom with a walk in shower. Our guests also have access to a meadow area in the summer, ideal for letting the kids run off some steam, or having a BBQ.
We are dog friendly, but they must be kept on a lead if being walked around the cottages owing to the working farms all around us, and must also not be left unattended; even if in a crate.
Infants are welcome, but you will need to bring any equipment you may need with you; such as highchairs or cots.
Herefordshire is a centre for walking, and offers hikes, hill climbs, river strolls, woodland walks and more. Offas Dyke path, Mortimer Trail and Herefordshire Trail. Also ideal for those on two wheels, with the black and white village trail being an ideal route, as well as further afield, more challenging rides on the Welsh borders. We also have a fantastic food and drink scene with many restaurants celebrating home grown and local, as well as local ales and ciders too!
