the property isn't very updated. slow water flow but great service from management and employees. They were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again because of price and service but this hotel isnt highend at all but a great price for what you get.

Good location with easy access to commercial centers. It was nice to have Netflix. The apartment needs to be painted. The walls look tired. I thought the bed was too hard for me and the pillows were flat. I didn't sleep well. The kitchen is ok but it needs new pots and pans. The ones we got were disgusting. The faucets in the bathroom and the kitchen need to be replaced, the water splashes every time you open them.

The location is quite dicey but the apartment was nice. Reception service could be much better. Not much around the area but the churches are a 15 min walk. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very close to downtown León, it has a working kitchen, clean. There are many shoe factories in the back neighbourhood and the smell can’t get a little strong it is very close to parque Hidalgo and shopping stores.

Its a great place to stay! You are close to the locals where you can find great street food near by. Its also a complete suite, which includes small kitchen and living room. Restroom and bedroom. Great place if your going to be their for a while.

It's a safe building, with very friendly, helpful recepcionists. It was a comfortable stay in rooms with balconies and basic ammenities on a main thoroughfare with main attractions minutes away.

Great place for a great price!

This place was an apartment, which was amazing. It didn't fee like a hotel ( I know it kind of wasn't, but I was expecting to be), but like home would recommend to anyone.

Ya van varias veces que me hospedó en ese lugar y me gusta bastante.es limpio,tranquilo,son amables y es céntrico. Solo que a veces fallan algunas cosas como las llaves de la regadera o la tv no sirve pero fuera de eso súper recomendables.... 10/10

Disfrutamos de quedarnos aquí. Cuando viajamos, generalmente estamos fuera de casa. No nos sentamos en el hotel. Si quieres la experiencia del hotel, no te quedes aquí. Pero el personal era muy amable y servicial. La propiedad limpia. Como de costumbre, con un hotel de dos estrellas, las toallas no son nada de qué escribir en casa y las comodidades son escasas. ¿Y qué? Estábamos allí para dormir y bañarnos. Funcionó perfectamente. Está a una media hora a pie de El Centro. Hay pocos restaurantes cerca (no encontramos ninguno). Pero El Centro está lleno de ellos e incluso se puede tomar el autobús allí en unos 10 minutos. Nos quedaríamos allí de nuevo en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.

Recomiendo este hotel para personas que buscan ahorrar en su hospedaje. Es un hotel que esta limpio y la atencion es buena. No es de lujo, algunos muebles tienen ya deterioro por el uso. Las sabanas estaban limpias pero gastadas. Repito, la habitacion estaba limpia. Esta cerca del centro, asi que tiene buena ubicacion (si tu zona de visita es ahi). Lo que mas me gusto, fue la atencion de la señorita de recepcion. Ella fue muy amable y atenta en nuestro registro de entrada y salida. Tuvimos un problema en carretera por lo que demoramos nuestro registro de entrada pero se mantuvieron en contacto con nosotros.
