Cozy home in Lepoglava with sauna

This charming cottage near Lepoglav is surrounded by a spacious green property and offers its guests a sense of tranquility away from the busy city life. At the end of the property there is a small pond where you can fish one of the three species of fish (carp, amur and tolstolobik) bred in it by arrangement with the owner. The wooden house consists of a living room-kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, while in the attic there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a passage room and the minimum ceiling height of the roof slopes is about 10 cm. Enjoy socializing on the covered terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery. Next to the house you can enjoy a pool, treated with electrolysis in an environmentally friendly way, and in the orchard you can taste the fruits of the season.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und genau das gefunden, was wir gesucht hatten: Ruhe, Erholung, Abgeschiedenheit, nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, eine gute Beschäftigung für die Kindern... Das Haus ist zwar etwas klein, dem muss man sich bewusst sein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Die Kinder waren begeistert von dem Swimmingpool. Wir haben die Sauna, den Grill und den Steinofen getestet und hatten viel Spaß. Es war W-Lan vorhanden, verschiedene Spiele (besonders der Tischfußball hatte es den Kindern angetan), Trampolin, Fahrräder... . Wir wurden mit kleinen Geschenken begrüßt, und die Vermieter standen immer für Fragen zur Verfügung bzw. kamen mit Anmeldung um den Pool zu reinigen. Die Äpfel auf dem Grundstück waren sehr gut. Der Teich zum Angeln hatte leider etwas wenig Wasser, so dass er weniger interessant für uns war. Dadurch, dass das komplette Grundstück eingezäunt ist, (der Teich nochmal zusätzlich) musste man sich auch um die Kinder keine Sorgen machen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall.

Wir konnten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unserem Hund verbringen.

Wir konnten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unserem Hund verbringen. Das Grundstück ist rundum gepflegt, großflächig, komplett eingezäunt und sehr schön bepflanzt. Vom Pool, über den Garten bis hin zum Häuschen ist alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben eine ausgiebige Rund- bzw. Einführung zur Unterkunft bekommen. Sehr hilfsbereite, sympathische und freundliche Vermieter! Es war alles da, was wir für einen Urlaub im Grünen benötigt haben. Supermärkte sind rund 15 min entfernt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen!
