Beautiful 4* flat in a chalet with shared sauna, 300 meters from the slopes

The "Carreaux Tarentais" flat, with its 90 m2 of floor space in the heart of a converted barn, is our most spacious chalet.
Large picture windows overlook the Hameau du Pré, its stables, a solarium with a local stone barbecue and two separate entrances.

A beautiful 4-star flat with a large, cosy living room at the foot of the slopes in a pedestrian hamlet with a panoramic view of the mountains.

This light-filled, spacious flat has a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 3 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC and two separate entrances.

A sauna (to be shared with the 3 other flats) is available, as are board games, children's games, DVDs with flat-screen and player, and sledges.

A linen service (sheets, towels and tea towels) with beds made is available at a cost of €150. This option must be specified at the time of booking and paid for in cash on arrival.

Dogs (maximum 2 animals) are also accepted at Chalet du Pré at a fixed price of €50/pet. This option must be specified at the time of booking and is payable in cash on arrival.

Vacances au ski, emplacement au bas des pistes, pas assez de neige pour accéder directement aux pistes, navette jusqu'au village de Valmorel 👍, quelques points à revoir sur la propreté du logement et son fonctionnement. Sinon tout c'est très bien passé ☺️

La montagne authentique.

Appartement conforme à la description. Bien situé, calme, propre et décoré avec gout. La personne qui nous a accueillis charmante. Un bémol sur les équipements et ustensiles dans la cuisine pour 6 personnes.

A recommander.
Location très sympa d une propreté irréprochable. La décoration est très jolie et en rapport avec la tradition savoyarde. Mme Villain est à l écoute et disponible. Néanmoins il est regrettable que la WIFI ne fonctionne pas toujours .

Appartement chaleureux mais...
Au calme dans cet appartement chaleureux, spacieux, doté d'une literie confortable et de rangements suffisants nous n'avons qu'à nous louer de l'accueil de la gérante qui s'est montrée disponible et à notre écoute. Cependant, il n'est pas normal que l'information diffusée soit aussi trompeuse. En effet, le hameau n'est pas du tout piétonnier mais, en revanche, l'absence de stationnement autour de la "grange" révèle une véritable galère pour charger et décharger la voiture, dans un espace d'accès difficile, en forte pente et sans éclairage. Le parking "officiel", pas du tout réservé aux habitants du cru, est éloigné. D'autres informations, comme la traite des vaches, sont caduques depuis longtemps. Pour revenir à l'appartement, pourquoi disposer d'un sèche-cheveux alors qu'il n'y a aucune prise de courant dans la salle de bain concernée ? Pourquoi ne pas y trouver quelque patère pour accrocher les serviettes ? Dans le séjour les chaises ont besoin d'être rempaillées ou changées. Leur aspect est inadmissible. Ne parlons pas de la toile cirée qui recouvre la table, déchirée en plusieurs endroits. Enfin l'usage de la TV et, même, du lecteur de DVD, est indigne. Nous n'avons pas été en mesure d'utiliser ce dernier en dépit de nos connaissances en la matière. Ces lacunes effondrent le classement de l'appartement qui ne mérite absolument pas ses quatre étoiles.
