Benefit from a free outside car park in front of the residence. The Preyerand area is linked to the Croisette(center of the ski resort) by a free gondola running from 8am to 11pm. Surface area : about 27 m². 3rd floor. Orientation : East, South. View mountain. Living room. Cabin with 2 bunk beds (90). Bedroom with double bed. Kitchenette with special heater to prepare La Fondue, special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooking rings, fridge. Shower room with shower. Separated WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
