du positif et du négatif

le positif : logement très bien situé (pistes, commerces). Bon état général, notamment robinetterie et sanitaire. Le négatif : pas de rangements dans la chambre lit double ! lave-vaisselle fonctionne mal (bouton monté à l'envers, bras de lavage se décroche). Cuisine exiguë, mal agencée meuble haut mal placé et dangereux : le coin est à hauteur de tête. Serrures difficiles à fermer et ouvrir : local ski, porte entrée, clenche porte-fenêtre et verrou WC. Lits simples de 80 de large (indiquer pour 90 !), lit double 150 ou 160 mais pas 140. Barre-porte rideau de douche cassée.
