Spanning three levels, its 5 separate bedrooms, east-west-facing living room with a balcony, and large family dining room are sure to charm you. A private sauna completes the property.
Located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village, this property is a 3-minute drive from the slopes and shops of Saint Martin de Belleville. The highly acclaimed 3-Michelin-star restaurant “La Bouitte” is just a few minutes’ walk from this house, one of the oldest buildings in the authentic village of Saint Marcel.

First floor:
Upon entering, a room dedicated to skis, boots, and sports equipment; laundry room with washer and dryer
