Composed of a living room with a flat screen TV, an open kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a hood, a mini-oven, a microwave, a SENSEO coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine drying ...
A bedroom with a 160cm bed and closet/closet, a second bedroom opening onto the terrace with a 140cm bed and closet/closet, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and electric towel dryer.
Upstairs, a third bedroom with velux and 1 bed 140cm + closet.
A beautiful terrace and a courtyard with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, parasol, deckchairs... with a breathtaking view of the pool and the charm of the stones of the house...
For the return from the beach, no need to put sand everywhere... a shower room with toilet outside, near the pool.
For the children, travel light ! Very useful, you will find in the house an umbrella bed, a stroller and a booster seat....

Des Vacances très agréables
Location très bien située surtout avec des vélos !!petit bémol pour la piscine qui n’est pas chauffée du coup difficile de s’y baigner

descriptif non conforme a la realité
Il y était indiqué une salle de bain et une salle d’eau. Dans la salle de bain nous ne pouvions que tenir debout dans la baignoire, impossible de s’y asseoir. Dimension de la baignoire 1.25x70 et dimension de la salle de bains 2.20x1.25
L’autre salle d’eau n’est alimentée qu'en eau froide. En outre le robinet du lavabo est mal situé impossible de se laver les mains sans remplir la cuvette. Il était même très difficile de le fermer
Les espaces de rangement (linge et vaisselle) étaient inaccessibles pour des personnes mesurant moins de 1 m 80.
La chambre située à l’étage était d’une hauteur sous plafond inférieure à 1m80 sur toute sa surface, donc surface inhabitable.
En conséquence, nous avons un doute quant aux 70m2 carrés indiqués, étant précisé qu’une armoire privatisée par le propriétaire occupait le séjour
La piscine était de petite dimension, 3.80x2.5. Aucune consigne quant à l’entretien quotidien. Le pisciniste nous a demandé de surveiller le niveau et de remplir la piscine (évaporation importante). Or aucun matériel n’était à notre disposition
Le barbecue était hors d’usage, il a été remplacé au cours du séjour
La taxe de séjour a été appliquée de façon forfaitaire pour 6 personnes (69.30€) alors que nous n’étions que 3 adultes pendant une semaine et 2 adultes pendant l’autre semaine. Aucun récépissé détaillé ne nous a été remis à ce sujet.
Nous concluons que le tarif réclamé 2937€ + TS n’était pas justifié.
