Let yourself be seduced by the charm of this beautiful stone house typical of the island of Ré, just a few minutes from the beaches and nestled in a peaceful and verdant environment. Located in Les Portes-en-Ré, this rental is ideal for a family stay, between beach, nature and sweetness of life.



With its 117 m² bathed in light, this carefully decorated house blends comfort and authenticity. From the entrance, you access a pleasant 30 m² tree-lined courtyard, perfect for your summer meals and outdoor relaxation moments. A former independent painting workshop has been converted into an outbuilding, offering a space with a sofa and desk, ideal for creative activities, reading, or simply escaping for a moment.



Inside the house, you will be welcomed by an independent and fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, French press and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary crockery to cook as if at home. The adjoining living area consists of a warm living room and a bright dining room, perfect for family meals or friendly evenings. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, the night area comprises two comfortable bedrooms: a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and a closed bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a washbasin area. On this floor, a second bathroom with shower and toilet is also available for your comfort.



For added convenience, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an iron. Although there is no private parking space at the accommodation, you can park for free on the street a few metres from the house.
