This house in Sables-d'Olonne has all of that: a community swimming pool where it will be pleasant to cool off after sunbathing in the garden (co-ownership). If you prefer a salt water bath, you can go to Sauveterre beach. In the evening, you will enjoy savouring an aperitif while preparing delicious grilled dishes.



This house will be perfect for enjoying your holidays since it can accommodate 7 travellers.



The living area is most pleasant: its living room benefits from a privileged view of the garden thanks to its large bay window, allowing you to savour a cup of coffee. Then you will discover the kitchen with its central island, an invitation to prepare delicious dishes to then enjoy them all together around the dining room table.
