Idyllic setting under the pines, 350m from Presidents Beach with garden and patio, large shaded terrace. Everything is within a 15-minute walk (shops, Tanchet beach, embankment, large Sables d'Olonne beach, Thalasso, Zoo, Casino)

Beautiful walks on foot or by bike will take you along the wild coast (Puits d'enfer, Cayola, Talmont St Hilaire) or towards the Great Beach of Sables d'Olonne, embankment, pedestrian streets...)

2 Bikes are provided free of charge as well as a covered parking space 50m away.

The accommodation

The house named La Pinède offers a large living room extended by a terrace overlooking a tree-lined garden located next to a wooded area planted with pines and oaks.

Pleasant garden furniture with parasol, electric plancha for eating and cooking outdoors in fine weather.

Super séjour

Bel appartement en rez-de-chaussée, très propre, très bien équipé avec une literie de grande qualité, linge type hôtellerie, salles d'eau parfaites. L'extérieur est également agréable mais à éviter avec de jeunes enfants, il n'y a pas assez de place. Les commerces de première nécessité sont très accessibles à pied, le quartier est très calme et loin du centre-ville et des ports très animés. La plage des Présidents accessible à pied, parfaite pour bronzer et faire trempette se complète avec le Tanchet accessible à vélo où on peut nager et faire du surf. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les 2 vélos mis a disposition, le centre-ville étant inaccessible en voiture! L'accueil est charmant et ponctuel, merci encore.
