If you thought the photos did this place justice, be prepared to be wowed! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and private. The kitchen and outdoor spaces were perfect for our group of 10 adults. The kitchen and bbq grills were used quite extensively. If we weren’t in the kitchen, we were in the pool, which was well maintained. We loved the built-in pool bar, as it provided a great place to visit, keep cool, and soak up the sunshine while enjoying the spectacular views. Oliver (the property manager) was fantastic. As soon as we booked, he reached out immediately for any questions we had. His responses were prompt. He met us upon arrival and gave us a tour. He kept us well informed when workers would be on the property. He made it a priority to ensure he sent us off with a gracious fair-well. We could not have been happier with our experience. It exceeded our expectations, so much so, we would have loved to extend our stay!

The house was incredibly beautiful and comfortable. What stood out most was the host. Oliver, who lives nearby took care of us in many ways. He helped with recommendations, reservations, and was even willing to find us a babysitter, although we ended up not needing that. The layout of the house is unlike any place I have stayed. The kitchen feels like you're outside and there are many comfortable places to sit, relax and play. Moreover, St. Martin is a beautiful place with wonderful food that lives up to its reputation for friendliness. I have rented many houses over the years and I think this stands out as the best.

Perfect villa for a bigger family!

We were in Saint Martin for a family wedding and we wanted a house that could accommodate our family. This house was perfect, great views, wonderful pool and a nice big kitchen. All of the rooms were spacious and we never felt cramped. We were close to the wedding venue and Cupecoy market to get anything we needed. Olivier was in contact checking on us and answering any questions. It was a wonderful stay and we were sorry to have to go. Would definitely rent this villa again!

Escape to paradise

My husband & I and our 4 coupled friends had a fabulous week at La Provençale! It was the first time we had travelled with friends abroad, and it worked out beautifully, due to this thoughtfully laid-out and well-situated villa. Constant sunny weather, the close proximity to beaches, restaurants and the grocery stores made it a perfect location. The villa was so expansive that it was easy to congregate in the many different and comfortable chairs, or just sit and read a book by oneself. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were large (especially the 2 on the bottom floor), with comfortable mattresses and pillows. We were very impressed by the well-stocked, open-air kitchen, which made it easy to prep meals as a group. There were ice packs in the freezer and we brought cooler bags - to take picnic lunches & beer to the beach, or to store perishables from the grocery store. Olivier, the property manager, was very quick to respond to any questions we had via WhatsApp, and he recommended a few excellent restaurants nearby. We enjoyed complimentary champagne/ mimosas and rum punch cocktails at sunset almost every day (at about 6:15 pm), and watching the boats pass by. So calming, so relaxing. We thoroughly took advantage of the large and deep pool, which was beautifully lit up at night. We were pleasantly surprised at the pool-cleaning service, as well as housecleaning service.We would definitely recommend this villa to our friends, and may even return in the future!

Beautiful house in St Martin

Our group of five couples have traveled together to many different Caribbean islands each January for a week. I can say without any reservation that this house was the best by far. A great layout with open kitchen, pool facing the west to take in the sunset and lots of seating and amenities. Five bedrooms, all updated, with large open bathrooms and plenty of closet and storage space. Two are downstairs and three on the main floor. It is very secluded, we never heard our neighbors, although they may have heard us. Our group took advantage of the grill and outdoor pool table and ping pong table most days. The owner, Terri, answered all of our questions, ahead of the trip, promptly and with good information. Onsite was Olivier, he was the best property manager we've dealt with. He met us on arrival and provide a quick walk through. We had some minor issues, but he was quick to respond and address them. He gave us some ideas on places to go, he always let us know ahead of time if someone would be coming by, like the pool cleaner. He had scheduled a midweek house cleaning which we appreciated. At the end of the week, he stopped by and chatted with our group for a while, which was a nice touch he wasn't there to make sure we left at the exact time we stated. Highly recommend this house for a large group.

Lovely spot with everything you need

Provenciale was the perfect base for our vacation. The indoor/outdoor living facilitated togetherness, while there were enough nooks and crannies to get some time alone if you needed it! The views are spectacular. I could’ve spent all day watching planes and boats pass along the horizon. And, don’t get me started on the tile work—easily the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve ever seen! The wifi was strong enough to work from Home, but with such beautiful surrounds, I hope you can log off and enjoy all the villa offers. The location is convenient to the grocery store, airport, and beaches. Olivier, the property manage, was easy to contact and responsive to any needs that arose within our group.
