Just 10 minutes from the A63 (exit 13) and 20 minutes from the wild beaches of Cap de l’Homy, Saint-Girons, and Contis, this charming, fully renovated holiday home welcomes you to a unique setting in the heart of a typical Landes forest clearing. Located 4 km from Lesperon and its amenities, you will enjoy a peaceful environment, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.



Spread over two levels, the house offers on the ground floor a spacious 75 m² patio opening onto a private 1,000 m² garden. There is a comfortable living area for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated children’s space. A laundry room completes this level.



Upstairs, a bright 70 m² living room features a cozy lounge with smart TV and wood stove, as well as a modern kitchen. The sleeping area has two large bedrooms for up to 8 guests. A spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower completes the floor.



Built with eco-friendly materials and excellent insulation, the house ensures year-round thermal and acoustic comfort.



Outside, enjoy a private garden with parking, sun loungers, table tennis, and a lit pétanque court. Everything is secured by an electric gate.
