Definitely not a chain hotel...this is the real England experience. Weird shower retro fitted to a tub. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Must open windows for cool air. No screens on the window which was normal for England but weird for me. Staff is fantastically nice. Restaurant is good. Carvery is excellent!
