The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring a dining table and direct access to one of the 2 balconies, one of which enjoys a south-facing position and the other a north-facing orientation, both furnished for outdoor relaxation. The first bedroom is a double room fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room also benefits from its own access to a balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it well suited for additional guests. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, and a separate WC is also available. Throughout the apartment, elegant parquet floors contribute to the warm and cosy atmosphere created by the carefully selected furnishings.
