Nestled directly across from the park and steps from the vibrant Saturday morning Farmers Market, this location offers the perfect blend of walkability, community, and convenience. Hop on one of the seven-speed bicycles and you’ll be at the beach in minutes.

Inside, enjoy soaring ceilings, abundant natural light from oversized windows, and thoughtfully placed ceiling lights that create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The home features four spacious bedrooms and three and a half elegant bathrooms, including two King beds and three Queen beds—ideal for families or groups.

The house is adorned with original artwork by local artists, adding a unique touch of coastal culture to the stylish decor. Crisp shiplap walls and brand-new designer furniture give the space a fresh, contemporary beach feel.

You'll love the chef-inspired kitchen with numerous kitchen countertop appliances and spa-like bathrooms, all finished with high-end materials and modern fixtures. Five smart TVs throughout the home ensure everyone can enjoy their favorite shows, and each bedroom is equipped with Bluetooth-enabled stereo clock radios, allowing you to wake up to your favorite playlist or podcast.

An open floor plan and light color palette make the space feel airy and spacious. Enjoy the front porch with chairs and a table that faces the park, or relax in the beautifully landscaped, enclosed backyard, which features outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

For your convenience, the property includes one private parking space and abundant street parking. A secure shed offers easy storage and includes three high-quality seven-speed bicycles—perfect for exploring the local area. Beach chairs are provided to make your trips to the shore even easier.

This thoughtfully designed home has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay in Lewes.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Dog friendly with non refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog only unless pre-approved from owner). If dog will be on furniture please use a cover.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. One of the king master bedrooms with en suite is on first floor which makes it very convenient and private from rest of house.Kitchen is very well stocked. Nice multi-generational family vacay

Very clean and bright. Brand-new feel. Tons of space for our party of 8. Closed-in patio in the back with a grill. A nice community track and field behind the property. Went for a walk on the track at dusk and saw about 8 deer. Nice park across the street. Friendly neighborhood. Cool town. Short walk to the shops and restaurants. Lewes was the perfect scene for the granddaughter's first ever beach trip and vacay. Savannah Beach was a peaceful place for her to put her feet in the sand and waves for the first time.
