Modern Condo Under 15 Minutes to Lewes Beach With Pool & Pool Table

Linens are provided for your convenience. Situated in the Sandbar Village community just a few minutes from the historic downtown area of Lewes, Delaware, this location offers easy access to Coastal Highway and is in close proximity to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, as well as Historic Downtown Lewes. Enjoy fine dining and tax-free shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlets! This condominium spans over 1900 square feet and boasts 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, accommodating up to 10 guests. It includes a luxurious soaking tub with jets for relaxation after a day at the beach, an open floor plan with an 8ft American Heritage slate pool table, a spacious granite island for additional dining space, and hardwood floors throughout the main areas leading to an outdoor balcony with a pond view. The community also offers a pool for your enjoyment, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances, utensils, cups, plates, etc.

Bedroom arrangements are as follows:
- Master bedroom: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with trundle (2 twin, 1 full)
- Queen sleeper sofa in the family room

Additionally, a pack and play are provided for your little ones.

- Renters will receive a code via email or text for the keypad to unlock the front door
- 1 keycard is available for pool access, with a $35 replacement fee for lost keys
- Renters must provide their own toiletries
- A cover is provided for the pool table; please use it when not in use

Strict enforcement of noise complaints from neighbors is in effect. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am, and a noise monitoring system is in place, alerting the owner if noise levels exceed a certain threshold.

- 1st noise notification: Warning
- 2nd noise notification: $50 fine
- 3rd noise notification: Immediate eviction

Smoking inside the unit incurs a $75 fee, and any additional guests beyond the limit of 10 will result in a $50 charge per person.

Property has Roku devices. You can enjoy a wide range of free content, including over 500 ad-supported streaming television channels and more than 80,000 free movies and shows through The Roku Channel.

4th of July get away

My family and I did a short get away for the 4th of July holiday. We had a great time! We loved the pool table and pool! The location is perfect it’s 10 minutes from Lewes beach, 5 minutes from midway and 20 to Rehoboth! We would def stay again!

Very spacious for our family of 6. Close to the beach and grocery store. Fully stocked kitchen if you’re in to cooking. Towels and beddings in abundance. The pool table was a hit with my kiddos..great stay overall.

Fantastic Experience

We will definitely look to book again next summer! This was a perfect place to stay for our Sports at the Beach tournament! There were two families total that stayed in this house with plenty of room! It was a short drive to the beach and a 20 minute drive max to the sports complex which made it super convenient! They had a pool that we had access to but we didn’t get a chance to use it!

Perfect for week at the beach

This is our second summer staying at Josh’s condo. It’s the perfect place to come back to after a day at the beach. It’s a short drive to Lewes, Cape Henlopen, and Rehobeth beaches, as well as lots of shops and restaurants. The condo is spacious and a great place to relax and unwind in the evening. The pool table and the community swimming pool are a great plus for our family. Hoping to return again in the future.

The property is very nice. The location is good. The condo was clean, equipped with everything you may need. Overall an amazing vacation. The host was very helpful and answered questions. Access to the property was very easy. No key to have to stop and get. The keyless entry box was amazing!! We will definitely be booking there for next year!!
