The Space:

Whether you love hosting or prefer solitude, 207 Priscilla Circle delivers. This one-of-a-kind, new construction smart home located on a cul-de-sac overlooks a pond and all of its wildlife inhabitants. The builder thoughtfully designed the home to complement and showcase the land it was constructed. Let the morning sun pour in and gaze at the night's stars. Here, you'll be one with nature in one of Delaware's best beach towns, Lewes, the first town in the first state.



This is single-story living at its best, featuring high-end touches ready for your vacation during any season! There is so much to appreciate in this 2100-square-foot home! Conveniently located only five miles from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and three miles from the shopping outlets.



Park in the driveway which easily fits 3+ vehicles and easily charge your electric vehicle on the 40amp plug located in the garage. The charming front porch is surrounded by flower beds and

overlooks a well-manicured lawn.



Step inside to the most inviting foyer you've ever seen. First, you'll appreciate the beautiful solid oak wood floors, nine-foot ceilings, and eight-foot doors throughout! Then, you'll instantly feel compelled to move through the kitchen and eat-in dining room into the gorgeous living room! There you’ll be met with cathedral ceilings, a sectional couch, a pool table, a TV with streaming services available through the Roku, two twin-size-sleeper sofa chairs, and massive windows granting access to some of the most serene views available in Lewes.



The all-white living room is pre-wired for ambient smart lighting, internet, and cable. Many power outlets include USB ports!



Two bedrooms of equal size, both with a view to the front of the home and one full bathroom are off the living room. One bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds comprised of one full-size bed and three twin beds. The bathroom is fully upgraded with tile floors and shower enclosure, sliding glass shower doors, and the masterpiece of the bathroom is the gorgeous glass sink with waterfall faucets. The smart mirror is capable of illuminating in a variety of lighting levels and will never fog.



The gorgeous open-concept chic farmhouse kitchen features a black granite island, white granite countertops, white subway tile backsplash, extra deep black sink, lower cabinets offering lots of storage, and (one of our favorite touches) upper shelves made from the wood of a tree removed from the lot. It comes fully equipped with all stainless-steel appliances including an LG oven with an electric stove top, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, and a Whirlpool refrigerator. Stainless steel exhaust fan with lights over the stove. Cook a meal in the fully equipped and well-appointed kitchen or cookout on the grill. Either way, the marvelous, extra-large island will be perfect for serving your creation.



Conveniently located off the kitchen, in the foyer, steps from the front door, is a half bathroom and laundry room.



The master bedroom is well-appointed. The two walk-in closets are also of impressive size. However, the most impressive part of this room is the luxurious bathroom! Enjoy a soak in the tub while taking in the view or immerse yourself in the rainfall of the walk-in shower. The anti-fog mirror with different light settings is atop the gorgeous glass sink with two waterfall faucets. Select your favorite color to illuminate the sink or simply select the ideal setting for

midnight excursions.



The backyard is open to all of nature's offerings. While sitting on the large deck or in the hot tub, expect to see waterfowl, all types of birds, turtles, and more from your large back porch.

Art galleries and ice cream shops nestle beside locally loved diners, while hidden trails wind through quiet marshes just beyond the surf. Come evening, the sun dips into the sea and the boardwalk glows, inviting one last walk under the lights.

Getting Around:

Rehoboth is best explored by foot or bike, with most everything, from beach to bakery, within easy reach. The Jolly Trolley connects nearby neighborhoods and towns, while ample bike lanes and pedestrian paths make getting around feel easy and breezy.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
