Room was dirty with someones old dirty socks left in the corner of the room by a table..couch & ottomans were all scratched up by someones pet. I asked the front desk clerk at check in about getting a room that didn't have pets in it because my wife is highly allergic & she guaranteed me that pets were only on first floor but our room was on the 3rd floor & clearly looked like it had pets in it before!
