Staff were extremely friendly. They were the only positive thing about this place. The lobby, elevators and room were filthy. There was mold on the walls, window and in the bathroom. The bedding wasn’t clean. Staff told me that management wouldn’t allow them to provide me with clean bedding. The carpet was covered in stains. There was a two inch gap under the room door with light shining in from the hallway. I just slept in my car because they wouldn’t issue a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE

Check in was swift and they were kind to accommodate a last minute dog! The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Road noise is noticeable during peak traffic times. The parking is not adjacent to the hotel . You park in a garage and take an elevator down , walk a short way, cross a non busy street and public transportation area, then into the hotel and elevator to your room . All of it is covered . I recently had knee replacement surgery and the walking was a bit of an issue . You can park right in from to load and unload . Other than breakfast, there is no food in the hotel . Shower has HOT water which is nice . One bedside lamp didn’t work. Upon check in towels were still hanging behind the bathroom door from previous guests. There isn’t daily housekeeping just fyi WiFi is very fast . Fridge in room . No microwave . Nice room for the price

My room was very spacious with the upgrade for v. I p, however, when I crawled into the bed to take a nap, it looked like someone had just peed in it, as it was still wet. I was able to move across the hall. However, I felt that something more should have been done.

Gross. Check in was extremely slow. Staff member ran my credit card incorrectly then told me there was fraud on my credit card. No perks offered. Outdated. Room was disgusting with wet carpet and stinky sheets. Some breakfast items looked unsafe to eat.

Room dark and dingy. Carpet and furniture old needs replaced. Air Conditioner wall mounted very noisy. Downstairs common good appearance areas nice waterfall. Free breakfast terrible, coffee horrid. extremely weak no taste, barely smelled like coffee, orange juice watered down, eggs powdered, sausage blah.
