The hotel is older but very nice. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. Food not hot enough. Staff was very helpful and friendly..

Older but nice hotel. They were actively updating. Need better mattress and pillows but was still comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The room was smoked in. I thought I we be okay with the odor but it ended up making me very sick. Everything in my suite case and my body after shower in the room smelled like smoke. I was there for my 32 year reunion and ended up leaving because of this making me feel so ill.

No ability to drop off luggage out front as people permanently took all spots, they stayed parked all night even though it said drop off only. The available parking garage is not safe, cars with windows broken out and graffiti and vagrants. Pool, bar/lounge and restaurant all closed. Room was near elevator and was extremely noisy. The only decent part of stay was breakfast. All the closed amenities should be listed on your site and your rates should be lowered accordingly.

Thank you for being our guest! I apologize for the cars blocking the front as they should have been moved. We do have our lounge noted on the closed information on our Expedia page, but it will coming back in the future. As for the pool, we are having to do a little maintenance on it, but it is not going to be closed very long. We do hope you enjoyed the rest of your visit to the area and we wish you best in your future travels.
