Relax in this quiet, cozy 1,000 sq feet house. The house is handicap accessible with no stairs and extra wide doorways. Listing includes a 1 acre horse paddock with run in and tack room. Conveniently located less than 1 mile from Toyota, 3 miles from interstate and 5 miles from downtown Georgetown and 8 miles to Kentucky Horse Park. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed with headboard made from an old door and an electric fire place to keep you cozy. Guests have an easily accessible bathroom with a barn door crafted from authentic lumber found on the farm. The house stays cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning, making it a great retreat no matter the season. There are two porches complete with furniture to soak up the fresh air and a fire pit. Relax and unwind in this enchanting space that feels like a true home away from home. The place is super clean and has an amazing yard. There were plenty of sheets and towels, and the kitchen and stoneware were awesome. The carport made staying during the rainy days really easy. The main bedroom was large with huge closets, and having the owner, Mitzi, next door made it easy to get anything taken care of quickly. Mitzi is also a great host and has a real cozy and welcoming home. We really enjoyed our stay.
