When arriving to check all the parking near the door seemed to be taken by employees. The "exit" door off the breakfast area was locked (at least it didn't open when we attempted to exit). Staff was courteous.

Trash can by entry door needed to be emptied but wasn't full. Odor like a rodent had crawled in and died. Electric outlets outside did not work. Had to run a long cord inside to charge boat batteries.

If the main concern is cost, then this might be the place. The downsides were: A/C unit in the wall was super noisy all the time. Coffee pot in the room had old moldy coffee in it (I didn't try it). The staff person swapped out the coffee pot right away. Breakfast is available, just minimal which I expected.
