Located in the heart of Georgetown, Kentucky, just two streets from Canewood Golf Course and 5 miles from both Longview Golf Course and Cherry Blossom Golf Club. Situated just 1 mile from historic downtown Georgetown with locally owned restaurants, coffee cafes and antique shops. Located near Kentucky Horse Park (8 mi), Keeneland (18 mi), Old Friends Farm (3 mi), distilleries Buffalo Trace (17 mi) and Woodford Reserve (21 mi), The Ark Encounter (34 mi) and Creation Museum (76 mi).

The house was recently renovated and has a master ensuite, 2 additional bedrooms and full guest bathroom. Contains a private patio area for your outdoor enjoyment. House has a garage for indoor parking and a driveway for off street parking.

Guests will have access to the entire home. The key will be left in a lockbox accessible through a keypad entry code, which will be provided to the guests 24-48 hours before check-in.

Attending a show at Midway University. Great location easy drive to venue. House was fantastic with all our needs met with little touches to help make the stay stress free. Pictures do not do it justice. Very spacious floorplan with plenty of room. First thing we noticed walking in the door was how wonderful the house smelled. Definitely keeping it on our places to stay when coming back to Midway!

What a beautiful house!
This is only the second time I have used a vacation rental. I was a little skeptical at first, thinking that the description was too good to be true. It was not… The home was as beautiful as the Vrbo description, and so clean! We were thoroughly impressed. I am so glad we decided to stay there. The host were very quick to answer any question that I had. It was a wonderful experience.
