Such a wonderful experience! We stayed here during the Railbird Festival. Perfect location, perfect size for what we needed as well and The place was very clean as well! We will definitely be back!
Convenient location but found parking to be somewhat expensive and inconvenient. There were no smoke detectors, and kitchen amenities were lacking.; A/C worked great.
Stayed overnight for the late game. Easy walk to Rupp and dinner places. Parking is an issue but we found a paid lot maybe 2 min walk away and parked for 18hours for 11. Super easy solution. House is probably 100 years old but was super clean. Beds were great. We were barely there but location to Rupp and dinner/breakfast for walking was great.
We took our teenaged son and his friend to a Kentucky basketball game and this was the PERFECT location for us to walk to campus and Rupp Arena. Plenty of space to stretch out with two bedrooms, a nice sized living room and kitchen. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and day bed which was great. The best part of this rental is the location. It canât be beat! I highly recommend.
