Rooms were clean, quiet, modern, lots of places to put your stuff and hang clothes if necessary. Pools were clean and a good temperature, the shallower pool for kids was great, the water came up to my 7 year olds waste/ shoulders. Breakfast was great, slight variations of the same things each day, rice and beans, eggs, meat, pastries,cereal, granola. The food was lovely, a true continental breakfast with lots of food. The gym was clean, well stocked, busy, pretty warm ( little to no ac), there is 2 treadmills, one bike, a bunch of weights, trx unit, mats. Staff was wonderful. Free shittles come to / from the airport every 5 to 15 minutes.

Staff was nice, but the front desk was very slow. At times someone would be "working" on something and not acknowledge anyone waiting, not make eye contact. Checkin was slow. The room was also very small. The pool was nice and so were the poolbar syaff.
