⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ — Séjour agréable mais gros problème d’hy

J’ai séjourné deux nuits à Liège avec ma copine dans une chambre avec baignoire à jets et terrasse privée (du moins sur le papier). Les points positifs : • Le personnel est vraiment adorable, très à l’écoute, souriant et accueillant. • Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié, un vrai plaisir. • La baignoire à jets fonctionne bien, on en a bien profité malgré quelques soucis. • La télé avec services de streaming et l’enceinte fournie étaient un vrai plus. Mais malheureusement, le niveau d’hygiène n’était clairement pas à la hauteur : • Beaucoup de poussière et de taches (abat-jour, murs, mobilier, porte, etc.). • Le plafond au-dessus de la baignoire avait des traces de moisi, sûrement à cause du manque total de ventilation (pas de VMC, ni aération). • La baignoire à jets était sale, avec des éléments qui se détachaient quand on la mettait en marche. • Les tiroirs de salle de bain étaient très sales, remplis de produits des femmes de ménage. • La poubelle de la salle de bain n’était même pas vidée à notre arrivée. • La terrasse privée n’était pas accessible (poignée manquante) et on n’avait pas été prévenus. • Le Wi-Fi dysfonctionnait en permanence (déconnexions fréquentes). • Les bouteilles d’eau gratuites mentionnées dans les services n’étaient pas là. En résumé, l’expérience aurait pu être géniale si un minimum d’attention avait été porté à la propreté et aux équipements annoncés. Le personnel sauve clairement le séjour, mais il est urgent de revoir l’entretien
