120-square-meter vacation home with a garden, 10 minutes from the Szczecin Lagoon

The vacation home is located in a village bordering Ueckermünde. The Stettin Lagoon is 5 km from the house—a 10-minute drive (with parking right at the beach) or a leisurely 20-minute bike ride. On the way to the lagoon, you’ll pass the zoo and Ueckermünde’s old town.

Starting in mid-July, the surrounding forests are full of blueberries. If you’re looking for swimming fun with a slide, you’ll find what you’re looking for in Torgelow. For canoe trips on the Uecker River, there’s a rental station near the harbour.

The vacation home is 120 square metres in size, spans two floors, and features a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a bathroom, and a guest restroom; it has been extensively renovated in recent years.
The property is approximately 400 square metres in size.
Garden furniture is provided, along with a patio umbrella, a barbecue area, a lockable bike storage room, and free firewood.

Another important note!

The house is not wheelchair accessible, and for families with small children—there is no safety gate
at the top of the stairs!
