The flat is located on the fourth floor of a beautiful old building, typical of Lille, and you will have access to the entire dwelling.

It is a duplex, with a bedroom and a living room with a fitted kitchen, a double bed (140x200) on the first floor and a bathroom in the next room. The sofa is comfortable enough for a third person to sleep on (it is not convertible).


Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen.
All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.

The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.

IMMOKA répond pas&n'aide pas. Belle Lille a,elle,été polie&accueillante.
_pas d'aide/réponse d'IMMOKA _pas de rideaux;fenêtre cassée mal rescotchée;pas de chauffage à l'arrivée;radiateurs sans thermostat;pas d'alarme incendie;pas d'éclairage à l'entrée &pour voir poutre une fois au lit;tâches jaunes sur duvet sans housse;pas de PrimeVideo(insultes à l'écran comme profiles);pas de clé à l'arrivée;douche bouchée;rat un soir; brûleur et store HS etc.etc. ex:on a juste demandé du gros scotch pour remplacer le très vieux laissant passer air froid sur table de(petit)déjeuner;on a donné 5 possibilités de RDV à l'appart:JAMAIS de réponse/d'aide/de venue(juste une excuse APRèS le séjour disant IMMOKA "va améliorer notre logement;merci pour vos infos" or c'est pas que le logement le problème mais la grossièreté d'IMMOKA l'absence de réponse d'IMMOKA&d'aides basiques d'IMMOKA(on a jamais vu ça en 20 ans de location;un silence radio immature&non professionnel comme réponse à nos légitimes questions;ce silence n'a fait qu'empirer l'impression détestable d'IMMOKA;alors que dés le début,IMMOKA pouvait aider&atténuer la déception). SURTOUT que tous les autres personnels croisés à la belle ville de Lille ont été,eux,polis,aidants, pédagogiques&eux,très attentionnés aux détails:les sympas de l'office du tourisme dont Thomas notre guide;les accueillants à SerieMania;aussi à l'Hospice Comtesse;au Musée des Beaux arts;même au Casino Barrière pour un concert,où le personnel a été poli&aidant;sans parler du Cirque Gruss&son accueil chaleureux &bien moins cher qu'IMMOKA
