Spacious, clean and quiet and super close to two train stations. Despite ongoing construction in the lobby the staff was friendly and courteous facilitating an amazing stay in Lille for our family.

We have stayed here every year for the past 4 years and this year discovered the appartments have had upgrding (they were nice before but now they have had a major renovation they look amazing) the staff were as friendly and awesome as they always are. I cant speak ro the breakfast as weve never had it. We cant wait to see you all again next october ❤️

The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. My room was one that has been upgraded and it is done to a high standard. The apart-hotel room is spacious, clean, comfortable and I would recommend it. There are some sound issues with the adjoining room, but this is pretty minor. The location is excellent for trains, metro and walking into Vieux Lille.

Highly recommended. Great location, parking easy (don't worry that you have to enter via a taxi rank!)(, very spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, fabulous location, really friendly staff - exceptionally so.

The location of the hotel is very good if you are travelling by train. However it is currently under construction with badly presented reception and lifts that are covered in tapes. The apartments are good size but outdated. You can hear the occupants from the room above you very clearly. I wish we were informed of the building works at the time of booking.

The reception staff was lovely on arrival, but only thing is had work going on, which I didn’t know about, it didn’t bother me, very staff but thing the staff was getting some stick, there should be a manager, there to support their staff.

Awesome location between train station and the main part of town. Could walk anywhere from the location. Spacious rooms were great. Coffee machine was a bonus. They were doing some maintenance which meant some waiting at the lifts. They weren’t keen to change towels and rooms weren’t cleaned due to requiring a minimum stay for that ( which was obviously above 4 night stays )

The hotel was a sweat box! The limited window ventilation and enormous west facing windows kept our room at no less than 87°F every single day. (I happened to have a thermometer for my medication packaging). We left a day early due to the extreme conditions , but were charged the full amount. No compensation for enduring 4 days and nights of 87-92 degree temps inside our room. No offer to move us to another room. While they were preparing for AC units to be installed, I would not go back as the likelihood they could combat the sun’s radiant heat is doubtful.

It’s good overall but there’s a lot of mosquito in the room which gave me quite a few bites all over the body. The room is really hot during the time of my visit so had to open window but its really nosy due to the location so wasn’t able to sleep well at all.
