Lovely hotel for a weekend break.

Fabulous stay. Wonderful service, fantastic breakfasts too. Brilliant location right on the edge of the old town (where the best L’estimets are) and near shopping district. We stayed in a suite which had a super comfy bed and luxury bathroom. Parking easy next door. Can stress how good the service was.

Great location and very nice staff. Only drawback is parking which is a public car park down the road and very small areas to pull over im front of reception to drop off luggage.

Amazing property and location. Parking is limited and not ideal for heavy luggage. However the rooms are well designed and very ample in size. The swim pool was a lovely addition and the terrace was perfect for evening cocktails. Great to have a look around the old part. With wonderful service throughout.

A fantastic hotel, in the perfect location. Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, and the service from staff was excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant on our Gina night and it was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic location. Lovely hotel, very comfy bed and pillows. The only downfall I have is the maid service was a bit slack, they literally made the bed and emptied the bin. Didn’t clean the cups, restock tea and coffee or just give it a general tidy so that was a little disappointing but otherwise I cannot fault it.

Nice hotel in perfect location

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, lovely executive room with deep bath. Fridge TV and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was quite limited with a tasty selection of bread and cheeses but the hot food options were not very nice. We would stay there again if travelling to Lille.

Well situated

Really nice and well situated hotel in the heart of Lille. Public car park underground ,Opera , is metres away. Choice of 2 restaurants in the hotel. Nice staff , helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Room cleaning needs improvement

The hotel was well located and we were allocated a quiet room. Alexander was great to step in when there was issues when a couple of minor issues arises. Suggestion for hotel to improve their room cleaning service.

Lovely large room, great bath, helpful staff, lift area a little tired looking Great location, we walked from the station. 10 minutes, great for shopping in Lille Breakfast was good, buffet style everything you need, tea was terrible though so if you are English take some tea bags!
