This charming, detached, single-storey house with a floor area of 80 m² can accommodate up to 5 people and is located in the commune of Annœullin. It comprises a 30 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a veranda and garden of around 40 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: single bed
- Shower room with shower and washbasin unit
- Separate WC
- A veranda with table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 40 m² garden without garden furniture (available before spring).
The house is ideally located in Annœullin, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. Nearby supermarkets include Carrefour, Leclerc, Lidl and Aldi. Large shopping area in Noyelles-Godault, Seclin .
