Not what I needed
I expect even from the lowest priced rooms a good bed. A real bed. This room had only a pullout sofa bed with the hinges high on the sides, a very thin matress and a very light weight blanket. The hardware made it difficult to get out of the bed. Do not believe the photos posted by the hotel/appartment. The photos show a real bed. That is not what you'll get. The other minimum for a room is the shower. This shower was one of the smallest and the shower head never stayed in a fixed position. It moved as it wished to and the shower curtain might as well not been there as it kept nothing from getting out, water was all ver the floor.
I think the staff was very good. The front desk seemed nice and the sheets were clean. They don't provide maid service so you can make your own bed and they normally don't change your towels. The garbage can in the room was full before we arrived and never emptied. It has a kitchenette and is attached to a mall with a supermarket and places to dine. It is across the street from the Lille Flandres train station. There are real hotels nearby for less or maybe a bit more that are much better.
