Bring all of your disposable products including coffee filters, garbage bags and toilet tissue and so on.

We had a really good time. The pool is shaded with is great for heat of the day and stays cool. We had a blast fishing off the dock and caught multiple different species. We had such a great time. Also, Southern Roots bait shop just down the road was so helpful in helping us catch successfully.

Our stay was an ok stay. The furniture was out of date and not functioning. No place to tie up your boat and the stairs front and back are dangerous. Very slippery. Need to replace some light bulbs. More than one burned out. I didn't mind the owners coming and replacing the outdoor furniture. I didn't mind them coming back the second day to finish the job. But, when you have the cleaning people come an hour early and block the driveway, that's not right. It makes you feel like your being monitored and intimidated. But the house is very nice and we enjoyed our stay up till the end.

No response from house manager for entire week on questions or problems. Very steep steps on front and back porches. Need better lighting on back steps. 2 of us fell. No railing to get in pool.cleaning people sat in driveway at 9 am waiting for us to leave. Couch controls worn out. Trying to use stove top was a mystery .took 5 days for icemaker to work.some furniture on porch ripped up.Bench in kitchen rocky and ready to break possibly.The positive is house was very clean. Nice view on bay. Big shower in master bath.

We were disappointed in the maintenance of the property, and lack of lighting. Motion sensor light in the backyard never came on and it was dangerous using the back steps. None of upper porch lights worked.It was not adequately portrayed in the advertisement. The coffee table shown in the photo gallery was not there.There were several broken items (porch furniture, screen door closer, drawer pulls to name a few). We would not choose this property again.

My only complaint was not aloud to turn the heat on to the pool. Other than that the house and location is beautiful. Would definitely book again.
