Quiet and comfortable. The family cabin is quite small to fit in bags but there is luggage storage. The departure section right above has a lot of food options. Overall, perfect for resting at airport.

I liked that it was secure, they gave you a remote card key that opened the door to the hallway and the door to the room. I liked that the pod had personal AC unit, you make it colder or warmer to my personal comfort. It had dimmable lighting so that was nice. They gave you access to unlimited coffee and fountain drink machines. Only downside was their was only single bathrooms, which is slightly inconvenient for the many rooms they had. Good thing for those that are handicap, they have a dedicated bathroom for that. Overall, I am very impressed and I will be using them again in the future.
