We were surprised at how nice this hotel was. Very clean even though it’s pet friendly we couldn’t hear any pets. We were also right next to the pool and I would have thought we’d be able to hear the kiddos screaming and playing but the insulation is well done so we didn’t hear a peep. Will use again

The room was clean. Only complaint was when I went to check out the lady at the desk was on the phone with someone who was disputing or questioning a bill from November. And instead of taking care of me and two others, she continued the conversation. I finally said I just want to turn in my key and get a receipt. And then she acknowledged the three of us.

Our room was located next to the laundry room, and after a long road trip, I was unable to rest until around 9:00 p.m. due to the noise. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, I was informed that no other rooms were available and was offered a $20 discount. Additionally, there were three guests in the room, but when we requested extra blankets, we were only provided with two. The front desk staff mentioned they were short on blankets and then made an inappropriate comment suggesting that since we were sisters, we could “sleep together.” This comment was unprofessional

The location was convenient, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. Wanda was very friendly on arrival and accommodated my room request cheerfully. The weather was bad and all the rooms filled up, but it was fairly quiet. The whirlpool looked inviting!
