The interior includes three bedrooms and a studio with separate access for one guest, ensuring privacy and space for all. Conveniently located just 1.1 km from an excellent bakery, your mornings are off to a great start with fresh bread rolls. Whether you crave coastal serenity or alpine adventure, the villa is ideally placed-just under an hour from Gruissan's beaches and the Pyrenees' ski slopes.

Carcassonne Airport, 25 km away, offers easy access with regular Ryanair flights from Charleroi. The villa's amenities make staying in just as appealing as going out. A fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area, and recreation room invite both lively gatherings and quiet moments.

With a lush garden, sun loungers, and ample parking, everything is designed to offer a blend of comfort and convenience for a memorable stay.

Translate 'This home is lovely inside and out! Really clean and tidy home with loads of facilities! They had thought of everything and had had everything we needed in the home. Jos (owner) was great at getting back to us with questions and issues but the number on hand wasn't great at responding. The home is on a massive hill, which is very tricky to walk so I wouldn't recommend for limited mobility guests. Luckily we had cars but normally like to walk on holiday, sadly it just wasn't doable for us to walk it daily. Pool was lovely and very large for a villa! Views were stunning and the whole house was very private making us feel safe and secure. Highly recommend to anyone considering!:)'

Villa was lovely and very well equipped. Outside space was poorer, the area around the pool was rough and unfinished. Garden at back was full of weeds. Contact with the owner was by text which was answered quickly but he was not in the country and we had no contact number for his on site representative as we missed her on arrival due to being delayed. Our first night was spent listening to a bleeping burglar alarm which we couldn’t stop and the owner was unable to help us. Fortunately it stopped in the morning Our villa had no cleaning service and the pool was not attended to for the 2 weeks of our stay, the owner advised us to use the robot cleaner ourselves which we didn’t want to do in case we damaged it. A lack of communication with the on the ground person was a problem.

Wat een fantastische plek! We hebben ontzettend genoten in deze prachtige villa, die werkelijk van alle gemakken is voorzien. Van ontspannen loungen met een goed boek uit de aanwezige collectie tot een verfrissende duik in het verwarmde zwembad — een heerlijke start én afsluiting van de dag. De keuken is goed uitgerust, de barbecue een fijne extra en de bedden zijn supercomfortabel. Het uitzicht in de tuin is adembenemend. De eigenaar en de conciërge zijn vriendelijk, goed bereikbaar en staan altijd klaar met tips. Zoek je een plek om echt even tot rust te komen? Dan is dit de perfecte keuze!

Die Betten sind gut, ebenso die anderen Möbel. Keine Unordnung, nur ein paar Ornamente und schöne Gemälde. Viele gute Bücher in verschiedenen Sprachen und verschiedenen Kategorien verfügbar. Ein überdachter Swimmingpool, Liegestühle und eine Veranda mit großem Tisch und einer schönen Aussicht runden alles ab. Ruhige Umgebung. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit per E-Mail oder Telefon, die Haushälterin hinterlässt bei Bedarf ihre Nummer. Keine Beschwerden, seit wir eine Woche hier sind. Große Empfehlung für dieses Haus!
