The room was fine. It was clean and updated. In room ammenities were adequate. The experience was not what we expected. I guess if you use pictures of the most flattering angles from the beach facing rooms, you get the impression you will have a view. But that was not the case. We had a view of the roof on the building next to us. And the next door hotel. A small window of ocean visiblity off in the distance. Parking is a little bit of a problem. Seems like there were more vehicles than rooms available. And apparently everyone had to drive enormous trucks that took up more space and stuck out into the driving lane creating very tight pinch points. We did manage to squeeze in on the property, but it was very inconvenient. Needless to say we will not be staying at this group of properties again. Not for the price we paid and what we got for it. At least we were not 1 floor down with a view of a wall.

On the ocean! Small but clean! Didn’t answer the phone at the main office, Had to call multiple times. No snack or vending machine options other than vitamin water. Shopping within walking distance.

Rooms are great. Comfortable and nice looking. Staff were not great upon check in. Over all i will not stay here again, only because my interaction with staff upon check in was horrible. Unfriendly and unhelpful.

Extremely thin walls (heard people walking up and down the hall at 2am) , sand on the floor when we walked in, floor was overall dirty. I put white socks on and they were black after walking around the room. The bathroom sink was not bolted to the wall so it was practically toppling over if you just touched it. Weird smell in the room. One nice thing was the stairs that led straight to the beach.

The room was clean and modern but there were no suitcase stands or tables or dressers or even hooks to hang stuff on. Since the floor got sandy from our shoes this was very awkward. The directions on the website sent us to a different hotel and the lobby we checked in to was another hotel. Very confusing. We didn’t know there was no elevator and I’ve had both knees replaced in the last 23 months. My husband had knee surgery 3 weeks prior. Otherwise we had a great time exploring the coast.

So the property was fine. Most of the issues were normal on the coast; doors that stick and sand everywhere. The toliet was broken, but was fixed while we went to dinner. The bathroom and front door stuck bad enough I needed help opening them. There were a lot of stairs that were steep so I struggled being disabled. The biggest problem came with their lying at what we got. I paid for a room that had a private hot tub on the balcony. What we got was a jacuzzi tub next to the bed. When I asked why the respinse was "that's what you get for booking on Expedia. The photos do not match what you pay for.
