"'Til Depth Do Us Part" is a romantic oceanfront condo that comfortably sleeps four, with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The full kitchen and bathroom offer everything you need for a cozy stay. Located just a block from the beach, it includes private access and a game room. Up to two well-behaved furry companions are welcome. A standard pet fee applies.



The Space:

Welcome to “Til Depth Do Us Part”.  A beautiful, recently renovated one bedroom condominium at Surftides Plaza Condominiums. This one-bedroom condominium offers a full kitchen, an ocean view balcony, and a large guest room with a king-sized bed.



The full-size kitchen includes an oven with four stove-top burners, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher. With new countertops and backsplash, this nice and bright kitchen provides the perfect space for romantic dinners or family meals after a day at the beach. Enjoy the on-site indoor swimming pool and game room!



Guests love this unit because the condo is light and bright, with wood-like flooring throughout and a large bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom offers a brand new king-sized bed, a dresser and a large closet. This condo is located on the second floor, with a stunning ocean view off the living room balcony.



Surftides Plaza Condominium is a short walk to bars, restaurants and attractions that will keep you busy exploring the town during your visit. Cable is provided in the rooms, which gives you an extended set of channels. The television is a Smart TV, so you can log in to your own personal Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime or Hulu. Book your stay now!

Awesome condo for a Lincoln city vacation

Had a great stay. Condo was very clean, had all of the necessities (even dog bowls!), easy to access, awesome view, and a five min walk to the beach. Having the pool was perfect for kiddos. Keypad malfunctioned on our last day but the property manager was super helpful and gave us a set of backup keys. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Get Away

This cozy apartment felt like home. It had everything we needed for a relaxing 5 night stay at the beach and a beautiful view. It was very clean which is always amazing while also being pet friendly. I am very sensitive to chemicals and smells and was incredibly thankful to find this place to be pretty much scent free and odorless. Will definitely stay here again! The owner also was very prompt in answering questions when we had any.

Per friendly and steps from the beach.

Well appointed and wonderfully decorated condo. We were spoiled with two sunny (still chilly!) days before the rain came back. The sun beats through the sliding glass door in the afternoon and it was warm enough to open the slider and sit on the deck, in FEBRUARY! the power went out but the gas stove still worked. The property was fairly quiet, which we appreciated. I would definitely stay again, Thank you!

Clean and spacious!

We were so happy with our stay at this room. It was extremly clean and stocked when we got there with all the kitchen items, blankets, and towels that we needed. The pool was easy to access and wasn’t ever busy at the time we went. Hours were convenient for us to swim before heading out for the day. There was a game room lounge next to the pool that had some couches, a tv, board games, cards, puzzles - allowed for family fun time to spend doing any activities if the weather isn’t nice for the beach! Our favorite part was the balcony over looking the ocean. We got some beautiful photos at sunset on our first night there. Staff communicated well and were very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to any couple or family looking to get away for a relaxing getaway!

Great spot only two minor complaints. The plates are beautiful but they do not fit in the dishwasher and there was no dish drainer to do dishes by hand. Records for record player were mostly warped. We could not get fireplace on.

Great Location

This property is great for a couple on retreat or mini vacation especially for multi day stays as there is so much to enjoy on the Oregon Coast. My wife and I enjoyed our 5-night stay and would recommend this property. The property is well decorated in a "by the sea" theme and bed and furniture are fairly new and comfortable. By the way the 2 single chairs in the living area are actually recliners which we did not discover until the final 2 days. One minor detail, be careful around the bed, as the feet are not recessed on the bed stand and are easily bumped by bare feet if like us, you are used to recessed feet. Overall, we highly recommend this property as it has easy access to the beach, casino, Safeway, and all the restaurants in Lincoln Beach. It is also centrally located on the Oregon Coast for day trips north and south.

It was a nice clean place with a good view of the ocean. The only thing was we got a noise complaint from the people below us because we had a 4 year old walking too loudly and that was at around 7 or 7:30 pm. after that we were very uncomfortable about being there. The guy that called us said we were well within the quiet hours but he still called and made me worry for our remaining 2 nights there. I won’t stay again on the 2nd floor. Maybe you should warn people with children that a ground floor room would be better if you have residents that are going to complain for normal movement. By the way my granddaughter was in bed by 8:30 every night we were there. We were very quiet!

Peaceful Home Away From Home

Till Death Do Us Part is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. It feels like you're right on the beach. Beach access is a short minute walk from unit 254. The shower is AMAZING! We had a great time playing in the sand with our pups. The slider/balcony area is the perfect place to watch storms moving in off the sea. I will definitely book here again!
