The breakfast was the best part of our stay. We were given a handicap room on the bottom floor, it was great. The problem is were at the back of the property, the smoking area just at the back door, right next to our room. We had people all hours of the night going in and out. Very noisy. I had also reserved this because of the pool and of course there was NO pool Sad.

Checked out early.

We were booked for two nights but chose to check out after the first night and stay elsewhere the second night, mostly because the mattresses were so saggy that even our middle schooler woke with a backache. The ice makers just outside our room were unreasonably loud and the perfumed cleaning smell in our room was overpowering. The Inn would do in a pinch, I guess, but we won’t be staying there again.

The pool and spa were not operating, the mattress and pillows were substandard, the room was advertised as a junior suite but wasn’t any larger than a standard hotel room, and the room had cobwebs on the ceiling and a layer of dust under the bed. The encore was paying $120.00 more for two nights over Expedias posted price, which I’ll now have to battle with Expedia over. We bailed after one night.

It wasn’t bad however there was hair in the bathroom around the toilet and dog hair in the bed as well as our keycard took 5 times to open the door including the other keycard as well the staff was super nice

Daniel & Raleigh at front desk were very helpful and professional. Rooms were nice and very clean. Small nightlights in the room and bathroom would be helpful. A "repair" on the end of the bedframe (room 217) was to glue an old piece of carpet over the end that was sticking out, rather than repair safely & correctly. Noise was due to location, not inside hotel.

The room was mostly clean. Some dust around the end tables and some smudges on the headboard. Otherwise it was okay. The toilet rocked back and forth when we sat on it and the water pressure was not great The weekend hot breakfast was inexpensive sausage links and some interesting scrambled eggs, (felt like powdered eggs, but I am unsure). Check-in was patient when I was having problems with my card and the receptionist was efficient and knowledgeable. No view of the ocean. It felt ran down. Easy to find and accessible. Starbucks next door and pet friendly. Nice enough rooms. Would I stay there again? It depends. Not my first choice, but not my last either. Pretty middle of the road. We were not mad about it either way. It met our needs.
