Come and relax at our Orchard Retreat in the middle of the City! Sitting on just under 2 acres, our beautiful property boasts two homes and beautiful grounds. When you pull into the drive, you will see our home on the right and your oasis right in front of you! We live on the property full time and look forward to hosting you.!
Originally built in 1935, all rooms in our carriage house have been updated and decorated with your comfort and rest in mind. Within its walls is a full kitchen with all you might need. A fully stocked coffee bar awaits you after your full night's rest. Two bathrooms are on the second floor, stocked with body soap and hair products, as well as a robe or two to slip into upon arrival. Two bedrooms are on the second floors- queen room boasts an adjustable bed by Serta and the King Suite comes with its own sectional and large closet. In the king room there is a Corduroy bean bag that turns into another king bed! Each room has a TV with a Roku to log into your streaming services! Our favorite room is the sunroom. During the day, it serves as a quiet getaway to escape the rush of life. Grab a book and some coffee and open the curtains to take in the grounds. At night, draw the curtains, put down the projector screen and enjoy a movie night! Don't want to crawl up to bed? No problem! The modular couch hooks together to make a king-sized bed, creating our third bedroom. There is also a twin sized futon in the living room.

Originally built in 1935, the carriage house has been thoughtfully updated with your comfort and rest in mind. It features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, and a fully stocked coffee bar awaits you after a restful night.

Upstairs, you’ll find two full bathrooms stocked with body soap, hair products, and cozy robes. The Queen room features an adjustable Serta bed, and the King suite includes a sectional, large closet, and a Corduroy bean bag that converts into a second king-sized bed. Each bedroom has a Roku TV ready for your favorite streaming services.

Our favorite space is the sunroom—perfect for a morning coffee or a cozy movie night with a pull-down projector screen. The modular couch connects to form another king-sized bed, turning the sunroom into a third bedroom. There’s also a twin futon in the living room for additional sleeping space.

Step outside and enjoy the open grounds—blooming in spring, vibrant in fall, and peaceful under winter snow. While we do have a friendly pup, he stays in the front fenced yard reserved for our family’s use.

Parking:
We also live on the property in the house closest to the street. When you come up the drive, feel free to park your car in the spaces to the left of the garage.

Our house, the gated backyard and the front yard is for our private use and is not for guests.

No Indoor Smoking of Any Kind. Our home is wired to detect smoking and loud noise. When and if detected, any smoking of any substance INSIDE THE HOME (cigarettes, vape, pot, cigars, etc) will incur a $250 aeration fee, non negotiable. Smoking cigarettes or vaping (LEGAL PRODUCTS) is acceptable on the patio. Please clean up your trash out of respect for our cleaners and the next guest.

No pets are allowed on the premises.

We do not allow drunken and disorderly parties of any kind. Parties will be broken up and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Our beautiful home and Carriage Home are 106 years and 89 years old, respectfully! Due to their ages, we have EXTREMELY sensitive pipe work so please only flush toilet paper and natural waste down the toilet.
