Property was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and parking behind the house was available and free. It is on a business street across from a school but a quiet neighborhood. A car was very helpful and just a few minutes to downtown Lincoln and University of Nebraska. Perfect for our visit on a football weekend!

Close to UNL

Property was in great location to attend UNL graduation. Check in process was easy, property easy to find and the owners were thoughtful with amenities....coffee/tea, laundry detergent, snacks, etc. Enjoyed the decor! Only downside was the heavy-footed guests upstairs who stomped around early in the mornings. The upstairs floors were squeaky so that was a distraction. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay! We found a great coffee shop nearby...Bloom Coffee....highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

The pictures are exactly what you get, no surprises. Modern, clean and practical. The busyness of the street took us by surprise; could be that we are not from a large city. So if you are already acquainted with city life then the noise will probably not affect you. Otherwise, it was close to all the shops and plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby.

Interesting, but beautifully done

The all black decor was a little much, not my taste, but beautifully done. Lots of little extras...the coffee and all condiments, a snack "basket" and shower supplies. Great towels, comfortable beds and bedding. Off-street parking was a plus. My only sort of negative thing was not knowing that it was the lower apartment of two. I dont hink anything indicated that is wasn't just "our house". The people upstairs were a bit loud, not making noise as much as just the footsteps were very pronounced down below. Overall, I would recommend this apartment. Close to East Campus, Valentino's and Cultiva Coffee! Very clean, well-appointed and the hosts were very responsive and communication was great.

Lincoln Marathon Trip

The property was as described. I did the booking so I had seen the pictures. Some of us were okay with the black and gray walls, others thought they were a bit dark and depressing. Everything was new and in good shape. The beds were a little low, but we managed. The tea drinkers would have liked a pot to boil water.

Close to Campus

This was a great place to stay for an event close to Nebraska Wesleyan. Having access to the washer and dryer was clutch for our stay with two children. The low beds were a little difficult to get in and out of. The listing is only the first floor of the house so we could hear the people staying on the floor above us a lot.

This is a great property for a home away from home. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It is a real pleasant surprise when you open the door. The traffic noise outside can be a bit loud, but there were fans provided which allowed us to drown out the noise.

Met our needs well

Nice property. Close to UNL East Campus. I appreciated the location. It has a minimalist vibe. It's decorated well. It has black walls with splashes of orange on the coffee table and couch! They supplied two robes, for a spa feel. The check in process was easy and the communication between myself and property manager was good. I would not suggest it to older individuals at this moment. The beds are low to the floor and it needs handrails on the steps.
